This piece is made of Walnut and White oak (blackened)

The Name Orotund means "marked by fullness, strength, and clarity of sound : sonorous; an orotund voice."

The clear delineation between colors also shows a clarity of function between the horizontal surfaces and the vertical supports.

The Walnut feet and stems are inspired by sound waves which create connections between us in many ways.
